🌿 Reiki Level I Training (Cork, Ireland & UK Online)

Reiki Level I is an introductory training that teaches you how to work with Reiki energy for self-healing, family, and friends. This course includes an attunement to Reiki energy and provides the foundation for personal healing and spiritual development.

Reiki supports wellbeing on emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual levels. Many people also experience improved self-esteem, confidence, and a deeper sense of inner balance.

At Reiki Level I, you will be able to offer Reiki to yourself, family, and friends on a non-professional basis. (You cannot charge clients until Reiki Level II Practitioner training has been completed.)
