🧠 Child & Adolescent Counselling (Cork, Ireland & UK Online)

Child and adolescent counselling provides a safe and supportive space for children and teenagers experiencing emotional, behavioural, or psychological difficulties.

Sessions are available in Cork and online across Ireland and the UK.

Many young people experience anxiety, low mood, school stress, family changes, trauma, or emotional overwhelm that they may not yet have the words to express. Therapy helps them understand emotions, build resilience, and feel more secure within themselves.

🌿 About Child & Adolescent Therapy

Martina is a qualified, trauma-informed child and adolescent counsellor offering a safe, supportive, and age-appropriate therapeutic space.

Sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each child or young person, supporting emotional regulation, confidence building, and overall wellbeing.

Support is also offered to families navigating neurodiversity, including autism and ADHD, with a strengths-based and compassionate approach.
